To access any fashion
within a collection, simply click on the image. A page will
appear showing details and ordering information. To view detail of the
lingerie, click
on the picture within this page.
Use the dropdown menus
to make your quantity, size and color selections, just point and click. Our shopping cart defaults
to ONE item selected. If you wish to purchase more, you MUST change the
quantity for each item that you wish to purchase and then click
"Add to Cart".
You may access your
shopping cart at any time to view your selections by simply clicking on
"View Cart" at the top of the page.
Each item you purchase
will bring you to your shopping cart page. If you would like to continue
shopping, simply click on the "Continue Shopping" logo.
Please check your order carefully by checking sizes, colors, quantities,
etc. Once
you have finished making all of your selections, click on "Order
Checkout".
We generally ship USPS or UPS depending on delivery time. When you are checking out, you have the option which
service you prefer - USPS Ground, USPS Express, UPS Ground, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select, Overnight,
etc. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email
confirmation. If we shipped via UPS, your email will contain a tracking
number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order by
going to UPS
tracking site.
In
case
your
item
is
out
of
stock
and
needs
to
be
ordered,
we
will
notify
you
of
approximate
ship
date.
In
the
event
you
do
not
wish
to
wait,
you
are
required
to
respond
via
email
within
48
hours
to
cancel.
If
we

not
hear
from
you,
we
will
consider
your
order
valid
and
place
the
order
with
the
manufacturer.
FREE
SHIPPING for all orders within the Continental
United States. Free shipping
applies to ground services only and Great Expectation will opt for USPS
Postal Mail services or UPS Ground depending on delivery time. You may request
faster service - you will have that option during checkout and we will
adjust the shipping charges accordingly. If an item is returned, a shipping fee
may be imposed on the original shipment if you have received free
shipping.
DISCRETE
SHIPPING - All items are shipped discreetly with only Great
Expectation as the return address. We use either plain brown or
white (200 lb. crush test) boxes or padded envelopes for delivery.
Lingerie sets or nightwear will be packaged in a white gift box ready to
wrap yourself or you may take advantage of our
gift wrapping service.
For
International shipped orders, upon checkout you may choose Priorty
Mail International, which is delivered in approximately 6 to 10 days or Express
Mail International, which generally takes 3 to 5 days.
USPS International shipping rates out of
U.S. are flat rates so if you buy one item or several up to three lbs., the shipping cost
is the same price.

half will be charged at time of order and balance on day of

Orders for in stock
items are shipped the next business day. Delivery times may
vary due to the fact we offer primarily French designer lingerie. If we
currently are out of stock in your selection, most orders may take approximately
1-2 weeks to fill. Occasionally some special orders could take 3-6 weeks
depending on item availability and your delivery
destination. We will email you if we are out of stock on a
particular item and give you an approximate delivery
date.

Special Holiday Return Policy:
Our return policy is extended
for Christmas and Valentine's Day as follows: Items purchased from
November 10th through December 24th may be returned up to January 15,
2009.
Items purchased from January 1st
through February 13th may be returned up to March 13, 2009. |
All merchandise, with the
exception of costumes*
and Luna Luz*, to be exchanged must be sent and paid for by the customer and received by
Great Expectation no later than 30 days from the shipping date.
Any items returned from 31 to 60 days will receive
Great Expectation store credit only, which may be used at
anytime. Please let us know the reason for the exchange and include
a copy of your invoice for proper credit. We recommend insured mail or courier service to ensure
delivery.
In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in
new condition, unworn nor washed with all tags and stickers attached in
its original packaging. Items not returned in this condition will NOT be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer
with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment. Additional shipping rates will be charged at the
time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment of your
order or the return
postage in the case of any exchange. If you have received free shipping on your order, our cost
of shipping and handling your purchase will be assessed if any items are returned for a refund
or exchange.
If an item is prepackaged, please be careful
when opening. If the packaging is ripped, torn or missing components, it
cannot be resold and we cannot accept the item for return.

to sale items, final clearance items, special offers, hosiery, and
special orders are final sales and are not returnable/exchangeable.
*Luna Luz
Return Policy : We want you to be
happy with your Luna Luz purchase. We are able to make one exchange for
size or colour preference but, because each piece is special order and
custom dyed per order, you will receive an in store credit only (good
forever) for Luna Luz returns. We cannot reimburse your credit card for
Luna Luz returns.
*Lola Luna Policy :
Due to the intimate nature of Lola Luna G-Strings, they are not returnable
or exchangeable and are Final Sale. Please choose your style and
size carefully.
*Costume Exchange Policy
Costume return Policy: Costumes may be
returned within 10 days* from the date your item was shipped,
provided it is returned in unworn and new condition and in its original
packaging. *Please note: Costumes purchased during the Mardi Gras, Easter,
Halloween and Christmas seasons may not be returned after the date the
holiday has passed.
Important information on
exchanges/returns:
While trying on your purchase do not wear deodorant, perfume, or heavy
body lotion that may stain items and may make it non-returnable.
All tags must be intact and items packaged to protect their shape to
insure proper credit. Due to the delicate nature of molded bra cups,
please return these items in our original box or a a protective box to
insure credit.
Items containing a crotch should be tried on over your own underwear.
If we receive an item for an exchange or return that we do not feel meet
our hygiene and health criteria, we reserve the right to refuse these
items.
Due
to
the
adhesive
nature
of
NuBra
products
we
cannot
accept
returns
or
exchanges
on
these
products. Please
choose
your
size
carefully.
Great Expectation reserves the right to refuse
any return if it does not meet our return/exchange guidelines.
We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the
manufacturer says the item is defective.
All lingerie items are
inspected by a senior staff member prior to shipping. If we inadvertently send an incorrect item or a
mislabeled item, we will cover
the cost of shipping the correct item and retrieval of item sent in
error via USPS or UPS.
If
a package shipped is refused by a customer and it returns to us, we will
treat it as frivolous order. Customer will receive an in store credit (to
be used at any time) for the
purchase price, minus 20% restocking fee and the shipping and handling
fee.
If a package comes back to us as
unclaimed by a customer, the customer will receive an in store credit
(to be used at any time) for the
purchase price, minus 10% restocking fee and the shipping and handling
fee.
